A recent study found that consumers who consume less fruit juice in their diet may be less likely to have vitamin C in their blood.
Researchers from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University at Buffalo in New York compared blood samples of more than 1,000 people with an average age of 46 and blood samples from people who were older and who had higher blood levels of vitamin C.
The researchers found that people who consumed more fruits and vegetables than their counterparts who consumed less had higher levels of the vitamin.
But what is vitamin C?
It is found in the skin of fruits, berries, vegetables and some meats.
It is also found in many dietary supplements and supplements containing other vitamin supplements.
The Mayo Clinic’s vitamin C website describes vitamin C as “the body’s natural and naturally occurring antioxidant.”
It is also known as pantothenic acid and other forms.
Its a mineral that is found naturally in fruits, vegetables, beans, grains, dairy products, nuts and seeds.
It has been shown to reduce the risk of cancer, improve bone health, reduce blood pressure, help with blood sugar control and prevent heart disease.
Vitamin C is a major part of our diet.
And a recent study in the journal Science found that Americans who consume more fruits than they do vegetables are less likely than those who eat fewer fruits to have a daily intake of vitamin E.
The findings are a reminder that people should make healthy choices and be mindful of the foods they eat, Mayo Clinic spokeswoman Michelle Gorman said.
She said that although vitamin C has been associated with increased levels of heart disease, it does not appear to cause any problems with blood pressure or cholesterol.
“The research is not showing a significant increase in risk of heart attacks or stroke,” she said.
“In fact, the results suggest that the increased consumption of fruits may actually reduce risk of cardiovascular disease.”
The Mayo study also looked at the effect of fruits on the risk for certain types of cancer.
The researchers looked at more than 10,000 women and found that those who consumed at least 1,200 grams of fruits a day had a lower risk of breast cancer than those with a lower intake.
The study also found that a daily consumption of 1,400 mg of vitamin A had no effect on prostate cancer risk, although people who had consumed more than 5,000 mg of the supplement had a higher risk of prostate cancer.
Gorman said that while a daily vitamin A intake may not seem like much, the daily consumption by some Americans is considered to be equivalent to drinking 1,800 glasses of milk or about 6 cups of yogurt a day.
The report did not say how much fruit juice is a good thing for your health.
But she said that consuming less fruit and vegetables in your diet is a better idea than having too many of the two or more types of foods that are included in the daily intake.
“This is a really good thing to do,” she told CNN Health.
“When you get down to the individual foods, I think it is a lot more important than eating one thing a day,” she added.
“You can do a lot with fruits, and you can get a lot of vitamin-C from them.
If you’re getting your daily intake, it’s really important to be on top of that.”
Dr. Karen Sorensen, an assistant professor at the Mayo Clinic who has studied vitamin C, told CNN that a healthy intake of fruits is one of the most important steps people can take to help control their blood sugar levels.
“There are some foods that have a higher vitamin C content and so, you know, if you have too much of those, you can actually cause some type of damage to your blood sugar,” she explained.
“But that’s not necessarily a cause for concern.”
